Responsibilities of Sales Officer

• Drive sales of textile products through effective prospecting and client engagement.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with textile buyers and distributors.
• Provide product presentations and negotiate sales terms.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Ensure proper labeling, ailing, and storing of all products within designated stores.
• Establish minimum and maximum stock levels for all stores, in order to ensure that stocks are available at all times for the consumer market as well as for production, based on sales and production forecasts.
• Ensure timely and daily recording of invoices and stock issues in the inventory management system.
• Review daily stock levels of raw material and prepare store purchase requisitions.
• Generate monthly aging report / import planner/ slow moving item reports.
• Perform any task or report set out by Logistics Director as required by the company and operation needs.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.

Requirements of Sales Officer

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven sales experience of 1-2 years in the textile industry.
