Job Description

Job Purpose of A Sales Manager

  • The job purpose of a Sales Manager (French Speaking Market) is to lead and drive sales initiatives in the French-speaking market to achieve revenue targets and expand the company’s presence in that region.
  • Define target groups, establish strong relationships, and ensure partners have a comprehensive understanding of offerings.

Duties of A Sales Manager

  • Generating and implementing business development strategies to secure new sales opportunities and professional partnerships in the French markets.
  • Representing the organization and brand at conferences, events, and podium discussions both domestically and internationally.
  • Maintaining a close relationship with commercial entities and political bodies in the UAE and France.
  • Organizing and attending regular meetings with new and existing professional partners and clients.
  • Traveling internationally to meet new and existing professional partners and clients.
  • Building and maintaining strong and long-lasting customer relationships with our Partners.
  • Driving and monitoring sales through professional partners to meet sales targets.

Who Can Apply?

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or other advanced degree.

Experience

  • 4-5 years proven experience in sales and client engagement.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

  • In-depth knowledge of one or more foreign markets.
  • Full French and English proficiency are required.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Strong network of contacts in target market.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%.
  • High social skills and adaptability to thrive in an ever-changing industry.
