Job Purpose of A Sales Executive

  • Responsible for generating revenue by selling event related services, such as event planning, catering, or venue bookings.
  • To identify potential clients, pitch event solutions, negotiate contracts, and ensure the successful execution of events to meet both client and company.
  • Secure event bookings, ensuring successful and memorable occasions while meeting revenue targets for their organization.

Duties of A Sales Executive

  • To assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
  • Responsible to act as an event sales specialist and be responsible to ensure the related hotel’s revenues and profits across all revenue streams specifically rooms, food & beverage and events operating departments.
  • To plan organize and deliver outstanding proposals that win events business for Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights.
  • Maintain complete and supported records of all Sales Agreements, Contracts and Quotations for the Residences.
  • Entertain and conduct residences inspections to clients whenever required.
  • To handle guest and employee inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems.
  • Submit Sales report in a timely manner.

Who Can Apply?

Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years work experience as an Event Sales Executive or any similar position.

Skills Desired

  • Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to understand customer needs, address inquiries, and provide exceptional service is vital.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
