Job Purpose of A Sales Executive
- Promoting and selling a company’s products or services to potential clients or customers, meeting sales targets, and maintaining client relationships through effective communication and negotiation.
- Their role involves identifying opportunities, generating leads, and driving revenue growth.
Duties of A Sales Executive
- Responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
- Responsible to maximize sales and achieve pre-determined targets, working closely with Rooms, Food and Beverage and other revenue-generating departments proactively.
Who Can Apply?
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or sales.
- Previous 2-3 years experience in a sales role, preferably within the leisure or hospitality industry, is highly valued.
Skills & Knowledge Desired
- Familiarity with the leisure and hospitality industry, including knowledge of popular tourist destinations, resorts, hotels, and recreational activities.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to understand customer needs, address inquiries, and provide exceptional service is vital.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to articulate the value proposition effectively and deliver persuasive presentations.
- Should have strong networking skills to establish and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.

- The ability to adapt to changing market conditions, work schedules, and client demands is important in the fast-paced environment of sales.
