Job Purpose of A Sales Executive

  • Promoting and selling a company’s products or services to potential clients or customers, meeting sales targets, and maintaining client relationships through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Their role involves identifying opportunities, generating leads, and driving revenue growth.

Duties of A Sales Executive

  • Responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
  • Responsible to maximize sales and achieve pre-determined targets, working closely with Rooms, Food and Beverage and other revenue-generating departments proactively.

Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or sales.

Experience

  • Previous 2-3 years experience in a sales role, preferably within the leisure or hospitality industry, is highly valued.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

  • Familiarity with the leisure and hospitality industry, including knowledge of popular tourist destinations, resorts, hotels, and recreational activities.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to understand customer needs, address inquiries, and provide exceptional service is vital.
