Job Purpose of A Sales Executive
- Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling products or services to potential clients, identifying their needs, and closing sales deals to achieve revenue target.
- Play a pivotal role in driving business growth through customer acquisition and relationship building.
Duties of A Sales Executive
- Responsible to maximize sales and achieve pre-determined targets, working closely with Rooms, Food and Beverage and other revenue-generating departments.
- Maintain complete and supported records of all Sales Agreements, Contracts and Quotations for the Residences.
- Establish an efficient trace file.
- Submit Sales report in a timely manner.
- Entertain and conduct residences inspections to clients whenever required.
- Establish and maintain strong relationship with the established clientele and to constantly explore into new business opportunities.
- To liaise and work closely with the related operation departments.
- To handle guest and employee inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems.
Who Can Apply?
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years work experience in Sales or Assistant Manager in hotel operations.
Skills Desired
- Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to understand customer needs, address inquiries, and provide exceptional service is vital.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
