Sales Executive Al Masaood Dubai

Al Masaood is currently looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive cum Admin to join team. Candidate will have a passion for automotive accessories and a proven track record of sales success. As a Sales Executive, candidate will be responsible for engaging customers, providing product expertise and driving sales to achieve revenue targets in showroom environment.

Responsibilities of Sales Executive

• Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.
• Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and housekeeping
• Aid customers in locating merchandise.
• Communicate customer requests to management.
• Assist in completing price changes within the department.
• Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by the manager.
• Handled analyzed customer complaints and effectively resolved those complaints by delighting the customer.
• Preparation weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Handle daily cash collection and sales delivery and receiving.
• Fully familiar with operation of any communication.
• Follow up customers via, emails, telephones and SMS.
• Expedite the resolution of Customer problems and complaints.
• Communicate Customer requests to Operation manager.
• Fully familiar with operation of any communication.
• Follow up and update company social media such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Website, etc.
• To be ready to work where the business needs.
• Fulfill his administrative work accurately and punctually.
• Frequency and quality of reposting to Operation manager.
• Proper file keeping of all data and information.
• Product awareness, groups and specifications changes.
• Negotiable and ability to close sales.
• Communicate campaigns to the targeted market.
• Communicate with Operation manager and resolve issues jointly.
• Follow all company policies on all activates.
• Communicate with ARB Australia sales and marketing team.

Requirements for Role of Sales Executive

• University Graduate in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or related field.
• 3 + years’ experience in Automotive.
• With prior product training and 4 x4 accessory sales experience.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Good communication skills.
• With strong background in sales and or account management and distribution.
