Hotels/Restaurant industry is actively hiring candidate for the job role of Restaurant Manager to join them in Dubai. The job holder will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of their restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing the staff.
Responsibilities of Restaurant Manager
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant.
- Train and manage staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
Requirements of Restaurant Manager
The requirements for the said job are as following.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
- Proven experience of 2-5 years as a Restaurant Managers or similar role.
Skills and Knowledge Desired
