Job Title

Relationship Manager – Excellency Distribution

Responsibilities

  • Grow and maintain relationships with Excellency clients to meet their financial goals.
  • Find new clients to expand the bank’s Excellency client base.
  • Promote additional banking products to current clients to boost sales.
  • Assess clients’ financial needs to suggest suitable Excellency products.
  • Oversee client portfolios to ensure quality and retention.
  • Achieve sales goals while following bank rules and standards.
  • Interact with clients daily to provide excellent service.
  • Work with other teams to process transactions quickly.
  • Handle client questions and resolve issues promptly.
  • Keep client data updated in systems like FPFs or ITQAN.
  • Join weekly meetings to review progress toward sales targets.
  • Suggest ways to improve client service processes.
  • Follow ADCB’s policies and service standards strictly.
  • Support team efforts to implement new bank initiatives.
  • Apply ADCB Service Standards in all client dealings.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field.
  • Certifications like Chartered Financial Analyst, Financial Risk Manager (FRM), or Accredited Financial Analyst.

Experience

6 years of relationship management experience in banking or financial services.

Skills

  • Clear communication to build trust with clients.
  • Strong analytical skills for reviewing client finances.
  • Time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel for reports.
  • Teamwork to meet shared goals.
  • Negotiation skills to close sales and retain clients.

Knowledge

  • Solid understanding of global financial markets and trends.
  • Expertise in wealth management and banking products.
  • Knowledge of UAE banking regulations and compliance.
  • Familiarity with retail and Islamic banking services.
  • Experience with client relationship management tools.
  • Understanding of cross-selling and upselling techniques.
