Job Description

Health & Medical Services Co. (HMSCO) is seeking a devoted and passionate Registered Nurse NICU to join them in Dubai. Responsibilities of Registered Nurse NICU

  • Responsible in Assessment, Management and Provision of Quality Nursing Care to all patients.
  • Act as an active member of the multidisciplinary team and collaborate in the development, execution, and evaluation of the multidisciplinary plan of care or critical pathway.
  • Care for newborn babies who are pre-term delivered (neonates) or at-term newborns who experience complications at the time of birth.
  • Provide intensive around-the-clock care, including both medical needs and basic daily care activities.

Education & Experience of Registered Nurse

Following is the desired criteria for the role of Registered Nurse NICU at HMSCo:

  • Bachelor’s in Nursing or Equivalent.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of continuous nursing experience in UAE or from home country.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Neonatal ICU.
  • Previous overseas experience is advantage but not mandatory.

Licensure & Certification

  • DHA Eligibility / DHA License is a MUST.
  • BLS certified.

  • Patient counseling skills.
  • Treatment planning skills.
  • Vital Signs monitoring skill.
