About the Role

The Registered Nurse at Risalla Home Health Care Services will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a home healthcare environment across Dubai. Furthermore, the successful candidate will work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Moreover, this role requires strong clinical skills, compassion, and the ability to work independently while visiting patients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized nursing care plans for home-based patients
• Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and manage wound care according to physician orders
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation in compliance with DHA regulations
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication adherence, and preventive care
• Support patient rehabilitation goals and track progress toward recovery milestones
• Manage infection control protocols and ensure compliance with healthcare safety standards
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to patient satisfaction outcomes
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide appropriate clinical interventions
• Promote holistic wellness and emotional support for patients receiving home-based care

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution
• Valid DHA license or eligibility for DHA licensing as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in home healthcare or community nursing
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Strong knowledge of patient assessment, wound care, and medication management
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred for home visit assignments
