Regional Sales Support Specialist, Johnson Controls Dubai

Johnson Controls UAE is actively looking to hire suitable candidate for job position of a Regional Sales Support Specialist. This position holder will be based in Dubai and report to Regional Sales Leader for Fire Detection Products. This role presents an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in diverse sales and sales support processes, enabling to make meaningful contributions to both company customers and Sales team.

Job Purpose of A Regional Sales Support Specialist

Primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive commercial and logistical support to company’s frontline sellers as well as internal assistance to inside sales team.

Job Duties of A Regional Sales Support Specialist

• Collaborate with sales teams to nurture relationships with external partners, ensuring the smooth operation of existing business and alleviating their workload to enable the field sales team to focus on closing deals.
• Familiarize with sales management tools, sales processes and provide outstanding customer support when issues arise.
• Build strong working relationships and collaborating with various internal departments such as customer service, manufacturing, distribution, finance and product management teams.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelors degree or equivalent degree in electrical engineering, sales or marketing.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service position.

Knowledge & Skills Desired

• Display an ambitious and collaborative personality, growing in team environments.
• Inherently self motivated, displaying a proactive and new way to problem solving.
• Possess strong analytical skills with a proven record of efficiently resolving sophisticated issues.
• Consistent record in providing support to customers in the Middle East region.
• Proficient in crafting presentation packs for sales using PowerPoint and MS Office.
• Sound technical knowledge and understanding of fire detection systems.
