Sharaf Retail is seeking a motivated and organized individual to join their team as a Receptionist Office/Admin assistant in Admin & Procurement at Near Chilis Rest, Garhoud, Dubai, UAE. In this role candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our organization. This is an Entry level full time job. And salary can range between 4000-6000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Receptionist Office

  • Coordinate and manage the procurement process while keeping track of all your activities and LPOs.
  • Monitor supplies inventory available and restocked on time by creating and maintaining a relationship with all vendors.
  • In charge of reception, attending calls, deliveries, email, and visitors.
  • Work closely with other departments and provide administrative assistance to employees and management.

Requirements for Role of Receptionist Office

  • High School Diploma.
  • 1-2 years experience is office administration/procurement/finance.
  • Minimum tenure of 12 months with Sharaf retail (any brand)

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask, priorities tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge in using Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, outlook).
