As the Finance Business Partner at Sharaf Retail in Near Chilis Rest, Garhoud, Dubai, UAE, candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, transparency, and strategic value of their financial operations. Job holder will be responsible for overseeing financial analysis, budgeting and reporting for multiple brands across various countries. Candidates’ insights and recommendations will be integral in driving financial performance improvements and shaping the future of their organization. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 10000-20000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Finance Business Partner

• Compile and analyze financial data from various sources, including Trial Balance, to prepare comprehensive Profit and Loss (P&L) statements for each brand and country.
• Cross-check financial data with information from other departments to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Analyze and interpret variances between actual financial results and budgets/projections, as well as variances compared to the previous month and previous year.
• Develop rolling forecasts to provide visibility into future financial performance.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations on critical financial areas, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost-saving measures.
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports for the Group Corporate Finance team, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
• Develop new financial reports tailored to evolving business needs, leveraging advanced tools and technology.
• Lead the budget preparation process, working closely with department heads to establish budgetary controls and monitor adherence.
• Collaborate with inventory management teams to optimize stock levels, turnover, and minimize carrying costs.
• Analyze product and operational costs to enhance cost-effectiveness and profitability.

Requirements for Role of Finance Business Partner

• Chartered Accountant in combination with Chartered Financial Analyst.
• Experience in the retail/omni-channel sector is a mandatory requirement.
• 2+ years experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally in a multi-brand, multi-country environment.
