Real Estate industry is presently hiring detail oriented and well experienced candidates for the job role of Real Estate Broker in Dubai. The job holder will be responsible for managing and supervising real estate sales agents, negotiating property transactions, and establishing relationships with property owners, buyers, and tenants. They are also responsible for maintaining and updating real estate listings, conducting market research, and staying up to date with the latest real estate laws and regulations.

Responsibilities of Real Estate Broker

• Presenting & negotiating purchase offers to sellers for consideration.
• Market analysis to assist landlords & sellers in valuing their properties.
• Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of the property, and advise them on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting.
• Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, deeds, and leases.
• Coordinate property closings, overseeing the signing of documents and handover of funds.
• Contact property owners and advertise services to solicit property sales listings.
• Refer clients to the relevant service, for example, mortgage services for a buyer, etc.

Requirements of Real Estate Broker

The requirements for the said job are as following.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
• Relevant experience of 2-5 years in the real estate industry is a plus.

Skills and knowledge desired

• Real Estate, Brokerage, and Real Property skills
• Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market
• Excellent customer service and sales skills
• Ability to negotiate and close real estate transactions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
