Job Description

Mediclinic UAE is presently looking for suitably qualified and experienced candidate for job role of a RCM Administrator. The selected candidate will work at Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital located in Abu Dhabi. This job has recently been posted by Mediclinic. Desirous candidates fulfilling under mentioned criteria are encouraged to submit their applications.

Purpose of A RCM Administrator

To process the bills/claims generated on credit base and cash bills per set targets and of the highest quality for submission to insurance companies and private payers.

Job Duties of A RCM Administrator

  • To ensure that invoices are accurate.
  • To ensure that bills are accurate and submitted to insurance companies or private companies within the stipulated time frame.
  • Update system with payments and dispatch bills and identify outstanding balances.
  • To submit all bills for payment and final reconciliation statement ready within stipulated time frame.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Grade 12).
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma from an accredited institution will be an advantage.

Experience

  • 1 Year experience in accounts/RCM billing environment.
  • 1-2 Years’ experience in accounts/billing environment in a healthcare facility will be an advantage.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

  • Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Demonstrate ability to work in a multi-cultural team.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of accounts/billing in healthcare facilities.
  • Medical terminology and coding.
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English.
