Job Duties of A Quality Coordinator

• Drive quality initiatives, audits, and risk management in collaboration with the Quality and Patient Safety Officer.
• Assist in managing clinical and non-clinical audits including creating of audit tools, data analysis and reports production.
• Manage the Incident/ Near Miss Reporting System including analysing and managing event reports from clinical and non-clinical areas.
• Assist in investigations of significant adverse events and Root Cause Analyses for sentinel and serious adverse events.
• Implement and monitor compliance to organisational policies that improve both patient and employee care and safety.
• Implement quality and risk management educational programs as per hospital policy.
• Support the preparation for JCI audits.
