EDGE Group is actively hiring highly qualified and experienced candidate for the job role of a QHSE Engineer. The selected candidate will be assigned to work CARACAL Company (subsidiary of EDGE Group). Responsibilities of QHSE Engineer

• Interact with Integrated Management System (IMS) stakeholders to collect information.
• Assist in maintaining regulatory and organizational compliance of the IMS.
• Assist in conducting IMS reviews, self-assessments, risk management and compliance activities for continuous improvement of IMS work products and ensure they meets both regulatory and organizational requirements.
• Report on IMS-related performance data (e.g. Caracal Processes) to improve performance, compliance and continuous improvement.
• Assist in preparation of Standard Operating Procedures and other system requirements in consultation with the various departments, recommend improvement to existing procedures and standardizes forms used in preparation to and as a requirement for System certification.
• Assist in IMS audits, HSE Inspections and evaluate different areas and processes of the company to monitor compliance to applicable Standards, existing policies and procedures of the company.
• Assist in incident investigation process and propose corrective and preventive actions as applicable.
• Assist in executing action plans to attain objectives and effectively implement the formulated corrective and preventive actions.
• Recommend measures on improving the Integrated Management System.
• Support in preparing IMS training and presentation materials.
• Maintain and control records and documents of the organization as per established IMS procedures.
• Keep IMS related documentation and relevant folders are up to date.
• Periodic monitoring of KPIs / Objectives.
• Interface all organizations in plant to review policies and procedures, regulations, and work instructions.
• Participate in internal, external, customer, supplier audits and regulatory inspections.
• Provide inputs to project personnel on the requirements of IMS standards, specifications and procedures applied.
• Collect and report data related to the implementation and effectiveness of the IMS.
• Participate in Risk Assessment to identify all occupational health and safety hazards and environmental aspects and associated risks, and ensure effective measures are implemented to mitigate risks to acceptable level and identified actions are taken to materialize opportunities.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for in role of QHSE Engineer are as under:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in IMS (Integrated Management System) preparation and implementation.
• IMS-related training and internal auditing.
• Hands-On experience and knowledge of ISO systems.

Skills Desired

• ISO 9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 Internal Auditor.
• Familiar with OSHAD CoPs.
• Familiar with Statistical Process Control and Six Sigma.
• Proficient in MS excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Risk Management.
