Job Purpose of A Project Engineer

Oversee and ensure the successful execution of interior fitout projects, including coordinating tasks, managing resources, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Job Duties of A Project Engineer

• Monitor and manage daily project activities.
• Operate and manage all the related contractual and commercial issues with clients, contractors and suppliers.
• Determine and distribute the workload of project. 
• Monitor and do the necessary follow up to ensure the earliest approval of the Engineering submittals. 
• Manage and conduct the technical and commercial workshops, attending meetings with project’s official’s contractors and suppliers.
• Determine and manage the required reports to monitor and evaluate the project progress.
• Direct the planning department for procurement production and installation program. 
• Operate, control and monitor project team performance and their productivity.
• Follow-up for monthly payment applications and payments.
• Timely submit variations and follow-up for approvals. 
• Follow-up site QA/QC and safety procedure as per site requirements. 
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment at site by enforcing procedures, rules and regulations. 

Who Can Apply?

Qualification

• Bachelor‘s Degree in Architecture/ Mechanical / Civil Engineering Plus training courses.

Experience

• Minimum 5 Years’ experience in Joinery/Interior Fitout Works. 

Certification

• Certificate in project Management/Contract Management is an Advantage.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

• Excellent client facing and internal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi tasking.
• Fluency in the english language is essential.
• Driving license with ability to travel.
