Product Specialist Bikes Sharaf Retail Dubai

Sharaf Retail currently seeking a Product Specialist (Bikes) in Near Chilis Rest, Garhoud, Dubai, UAE to provide support in maintaining high product standards and achieving departmental objectives within the bikes segment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in kick-starting their career in retail and gaining expertise in product management and sales within the outdoor industry. This is an Entry level full time job. And salary can range between 5000-10000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Product Specialist

• Execute product-related tasks efficiently and in accordance with company guidelines.
• Support B2C sales initiatives within the bikes segment.
• Maintain awareness of new product deliveries and upcoming releases, assisting in managing product inventory.
• Ensure timely availability of products and effective replenishment.
• Contribute to maintaining visual merchandising standards within the bikes section.
• Assist with daily replenishment tasks to meet customer demands and uphold store presentation standards.
• Implement security procedures and complete necessary checklists.
• Adhere to Health & Safety policies and responsibilities as directed.
• Provide excellent customer service and contribute to maintaining service standards across the store.
• Participate in product training sessions as required.
• Ensure departmental standards align with brand expectations.
• Aid in implementing training programs and optimizing product placement based on commercial insights.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store, adhering to company standards.
• Promptly report any accidents or incidents to senior management.
• Follow safe work practices and company procedures to mitigate risks to employees and customers.
• Familiarize oneself with appointed First Aiders within the store and follow appropriate protocols in case of emergencies.

Requirements for Role of Product Specialist

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as marketing, business administration, engineering, or a related.
• 1-2 years experience in a retail environment is desirable but not essential.
