About the Role

The Product Executive/Specialist in Soft Tissue Management at Zahrawi Group will be responsible for promoting wound care and surgical consumable products across healthcare facilities in Dubai. Furthermore, the role involves identifying new sales opportunities, negotiating contracts with hospitals and clinics, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Moreover, the successful candidate will provide technical support and product demonstrations to medical professionals specializing in soft tissue management and wound care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify new potential customers and analyze trends in the wound care and soft tissue management sector
• Establish contact with new healthcare facilities to present wound care products and understand their clinical requirements
• Provide product demonstrations to potential and existing customers, gathering feedback to enhance service quality
• Negotiate contracts and packages with hospitals and clinics while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
• Coordinate with the Procurement and Logistics team to ensure timely delivery of surgical consumables and wound care products
• Assist in surgical procedures by accompanying doctors and nurses, providing technical support with equipment in the operating theatre
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers by recommending new wound care products and providing ongoing clinical support
• Prepare detailed reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data while maintaining accurate product records
• Coordinate with the Finance Department to manage invoicing, collections, and payment follow-ups efficiently
• Contribute to team success by achieving annual sales targets and supporting colleagues when needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2+ years of experience related to wound care or surgical consumables sales
• Good knowledge of wound care products and surgical consumables is required
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory for this position
• Candidates must preferably be based in the UAE
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals
• Ability to conduct training sessions and provide technical product support in clinical settings
