About the Role

As a Primary Teacher at Aldar Education, you will inspire, engage, and challenge students in their formative years by creating a nurturing and play-based learning environment. Furthermore, you will deliver high-quality teaching and inclusive learning experiences that spark curiosity, encourage creativity, and support academic, social, and personal development. Moreover, you will work collaboratively with fellow teachers to plan engaging lessons that meet curriculum requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver inspiring lessons that help students succeed and achieve the best possible outcomes
• Plan, prepare, and present sessions catering for the full ability range within each class
• Organise classroom provision and learning resources to create a positive environment
• Observe and assess children using Target Tracker and school assessment frameworks
• Use assessment data to influence further planning, provision, and intervention
• Manage classes effectively using approaches appropriate to students’ needs
• Communicate with parents regarding student achievements and wellbeing via CPOMS
• Run weekly extra-curricular activities and contribute to school events

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related subject with PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification
• Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience
• Previous experience working with students for whom English is not their first language
• Passion for teaching and commitment to educating the whole child
• A high level of professionalism and consideration for the wellbeing of children
• Recent and consistent involvement in extra-curricular activities
• A clean enhanced DBS check or police check
