Transguard Group presently has a job opening for eligible candidate for the position of a Pricing Analyst Sales Support  in Dubai, UAE. Purpose of A Pricing Analyst Sales Support

• Responsible for the control, modification and improvement of all cost models relating to bids, quotes and renewals across Transguard Group.
• Ensure integrity of the cost models to capture all relevant cost inputs and provide outputs in the formats required to meet defined internal and external needs.
• Work closely with the Pricing Specialist to support Sales, Operations, Bids and Finance Teams in producing, analyzing, and reviewing Pricing for various Business Units.

Duties of A Pricing Analyst Sales Support

• Support the maintenance and development of various Excel based pricing templates for different business units based on their specific service delivery methodologies.
• Maintain and regularly update pricing history database for comparison and benchmarking.
• Provide timely support or consultancy for custom pricing requests according to internal RACI matrix.
• Work closely with Procurement, Property & Logistics, HR, or other relevant cost owners within the organization to regularly update internal or external costs into pricing templates.
• Periodical reviews with FP&A team to ensure pricing financial information is in line with budgets and aligned to business needs.
• Coordinate with Bids Team and Business Units to ensure compliance with scope requirements and commercial terms is accurately reflected into the pricing.
• Work under pressure with often very tight deadlines to ensure fully accurate and compliant pricing is produced and presented for internal approvals.
• In collaboration with the Bid Managers, Business Units and Opportunity Owners, produce detailed financial summaries based on client’s requirements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of pricing strategies in line with Transguard Group’s objectives and budget.
• Propose new ideas for efficient and competitive pricing and implement as options to enhance pricing process.
• Provide meaningful insights in relation to costing, solutioning and pricing to support in obtaining internal approvals.
• Maintain and improve through automations existing cost models to streamline and enhance pricing process.

Who Can Apply?

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accouting or Mathematics.

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
• 2-3 years of experience in GCC.
