About the Role

The Physiotherapist role at Mubadala Health Dubai is responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering individualized physiotherapy treatment programs to patients across a range of clinical specialties. Furthermore, the successful candidate will work within a multidisciplinary team environment to ensure the highest standards of patient care. Moreover, this position involves monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans accordingly to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, interpret referrals, and identify physiotherapy diagnoses
• Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans aligned with patient-centred goals
• Deliver appropriate physiotherapy interventions, monitoring patient progress, tolerance, and response to treatment
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, self-management strategies, and health promotion
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including assessments, progress notes, and discharge summaries
• Ensure compliance with patient safety, risk management, and infection control standards during all treatments
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and support service improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with referring physicians and specialists to ensure continuity of care across departments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy or Physical Therapy
• Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in physiotherapy or rehabilitation
• Valid MOH/DOH/DHA license or DHA eligibility
• BLS certification required (ACLS/PALS is an advantage)
• Experience in a hospital or accredited medical environment preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
