Job Description

Majid Al Futtaim is currently looking for a Performance Analysis Manager who will be responsible for measurement of all their commercial activations to ensure they are delivering against the commercial objectives set out for the business. This role will work closely with their commercial and analytics teams to ensure a data driven approach is followed in executing the commercial plan for the UAE Carrefour business. This is ane senior level full time role. The salary for this role ranges from 15000 AED to 30000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview.

Responsibilities of Performance Analysis Manager

  • Identify gaps in performance measurement and develop a roadmap to fix these gaps.
  • Lead the measurement of all activations in Carrefour UAE (leaflets, campaigns, promotions, etc.) and feed back into the business.
  • Manage senior stakeholder relationships with counterparts in commercial and analytics teams.
  • Ensure commercial activations are based on a data driven approach and course correct wherever needed.
  • Leverage reporting tools from analytics teams to provide business insights and report on market activities.
  • Track competitors on a periodic basis and highlights any commercial opportunities to the business.
  • Use insight reports from agency partners/in house to feed into meetings with commercial teams
  • Conduct specific research on competitors on need-basis and report results to stakeholders in a timely manner.

Eligibility Requirements for Role of Performance Analysis Manager

  • Bachelor’s Degree in field related to Database Management or Data Analytics.
  • 7-9 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Retail industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong experience with Data Analytics & Insights.
  • Experience with Agencies & on Client Side is a must.

Skills Desired

  • Influencing skills with senior stakeholders, and development of tools that can aid commercial teams.
