Responsibilities of People Experience & Operations Senior Manager

  • Manage, prioritize and distribute work among the People Experience team, fostering a culture of continuous development and high performance.
  • Provide robust support to HRBPs aligned with the Arabia business agenda and local talent strategy.
  • Collaborate with various functions within People Experience and Operations team, ensuring alignment with shared services in Cairo Hub (JML team lead, Talent Advisory; Payroll; Global Mobility).
  • Partner with non-HR cross-functional teams (IT; Workplace and Travel; Finance, Legal, Global Expertise Teams) to drive simple and consistent end-to-end experiences across all Employee lifecycles.
  • Required to sign contracts, letters and providing approval for monthly payroll and bank transactions, ensuring precision and compliance in critical documentation and HR financial processes.
  • Conduct quarterly assessments of PEX people costs and expenses, analyzing financial trends and implementing necessary adjustments to ensure adherence to approved budgets.
  • Act as an agile resource on HR-related issues, serving as a change agent and promoting a culture of flexibility.
  • Partner with HRLT on Arabia talent strategy, driving localization programs and meeting local hiring requirements.
  • Coach and consult on management issues, as well as challenging and/or influencing decision-making processes related to people agenda.
  • Lead change management efforts for digital workplace initiatives, simplifying processes and integrating technology for a seamless end-to-end experience.
  • Drive centralization of transactional activities, standardizing processes and leveraging automation for efficiency.
  • Ensure an exteremly high level of compliance and ethical operations of all HR policies and processes.
  • Stay updated on new local labor laws by collaborating with Country Legal business partners and connecting with local government departments.
  • Ensure all policies, processes and systems are updated with any new local labor changes.
  • Manage any esclations from immigration issues along with PROs and People partners if needed.

Requirements for Role of People Experience & Operations Senior Manager 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8 years of HR experience with a focus on team management.
  • GCC experience is a plus.
  • Proven experience in global and local project rollouts.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Arabic Language is a plus.
