About the Role

As an Operations Executive at Rugby School Dubai, you will provide day-to-day operational support across the school, ensuring services are delivered efficiently and to a high standard during a critical period of growth and set-up. Furthermore, you will act as a central point of coordination between departments and manage external service providers. Moreover, you will support the implementation of operational processes and systems in line with Aldar Education guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support ensuring efficient and high-standard service delivery
• Act as a central coordination point between departments for operational requests
• Support planning and execution of school events, activities, and key operational milestones
• Assist in managing external service providers including cleaning, security, and transport
• Coordinate maintenance requests and monitor upkeep of school facilities
• Maintain accurate records, trackers, and logs relating to operations
• Support procurement processes and budget tracking for the Operations team
• Assist with staff accommodation coordination including move-ins and maintenance requests

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
• 2-3 years experience in operations, administration, or facilities support
• Experience in a school, education, or service-based environment is desirable
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and administrative systems
