Offer Marketing Manager L&T Schneider Electric UAE

• Lead the marketing function for L&T product range.
• Champion and lead the product (offer) lifecycle end-to-end, ensuring new and existing product (offer) success and localization of global offers and marketing campaigns to the Gulf market.
• Develop an effective marketing mix – product, price, place, promotion – to roll out new offers.
• Go-to-market strategies using STP – segment, targeting, positioning – approach.
• Deliver unique value propositions to targeted personas and achieve competitive advantage.
• Define price positioning strategies, launch strategy, channel development and customer journey.
• Closely work with various cross-functional teams and organisations including channel leaders and Sales.
• Identify offer needs, gaps, and opportunities to build strong value propositions.
• Understand market trends, technology landscape, competitors’ landscape, industry and country specific codes & standards cycles.
• Responsible for product performance with targets on revenue, cost & margin with main target goal of enabling profitable growth.
• Work closely with marketing functions (Marcom, Channel Marketing, Line of Business teams) for a successful marketing.
• Launch plan, and to develop marketing assets like videos, sales pitch, sales tools, print and digital marketing tools, PR, social media, customer testimonials and other literature.
• Train different entity actors (sales, business development, external customers, customer care center (CCC) teams) to align the understanding of product and offer.
• Be the spokesperson for the L&T offer for internal and external stakeholders on strategy, best practices, product and operational updates, customer challenges & solutions, customer benefits & results, market and competitive intelligence, marketing & communication, new offer updates, business update.
