Looking for Occupational Therapist jobs in Dubai? Dubai Autism Center is currently seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist with a DHA License to join their therapy team in Dubai, UAE. About the Role
The Occupational Therapist at Dubai Autism Center will deliver specialized occupational therapy services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Furthermore, this role requires an experienced clinician with a DHA license or eligibility letter who can conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Moreover, the therapist will focus on sensory integration, fine motor skills development, and activities of daily living. This position is ideal for a professional who is passionate about improving functional outcomes for children with autism.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for children with ASD
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy goals
- Provide sensory integration therapy and fine motor skills training
- Monitor client progress and adjust intervention strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with speech therapists, educators, and psychologists
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports
- Support activities of daily living skills development programs
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences
- Contribute to parent education and home program development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with patients who have ASD conditions
- Sensory Integration Certification is preferably required
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic
- DHA License or Eligibility Letter required
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
