Bloom Education needs a passionate Mathematics Teacher to join its Charter Schools in Al Ain starting August 2026. This full time role involves teaching Math to students in a dynamic school environment. You will follow the American curriculum framework. Therefore, experience with this curriculum is an advantage. Your goal is to challenge and inspire pupils. As a result, they will deepen their mathematical knowledge and problem solving skills. You will also assess student progress and prepare them for examinations. If you hold a BA degree and PGCE in Maths or a similar subject, and have at least two years of postgraduate teaching experience, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Mathematics to allocated classes. Plan and prepare engaging lessons that follow the American curriculum. Use a variety of teaching methods to reach students of all abilities.
• Assess student progress regularly. Monitor their work and record achievements. Provide constructive feedback to help students improve. Prepare them for examinations successfully.
• Challenge students to think critically and solve problems. Inspire a love for mathematics. Create a positive classroom environment where all learners feel supported.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leaders. Work together to achieve the best outcomes for each student. Attend meetings and contribute to curriculum development.
• Participate in continuing professional development. Stay updated on best practices in math education. Finally, promote the general wellbeing and safety of students at all times.

Qualifications

You need a BA degree and PGCE in Mathematics or a similar subject. A minimum of two years of postgraduate teaching experience is required. Experience with the American curriculum is an advantage. You must set high standards for yourself and others. Strong communication and classroom management skills are essential. A collaborative, flexible, and innovative approach to teaching is also important. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting child welfare is non negotiable.
