An exciting opportunity has been announced by FIVE Palm Jumeirah & FIVE Luxe for the job role of Marketing Manager. The job holder will join a committed team, driven with the intent of delivering ‘FIVE star’ marketing experiences to an international diaspora in the heart of vibrant Dubai and Zurich.

Responsibilities of Marketing Manager

• Develop engaging, creative and innovative social media content.
• Manage the social media calendars which include supporting photo shoots, copywriting brand focused messages for regular scheduled posts, attending events and activations to take social media stories.
• Assist in customer service issues from all our social media platforms and coordinate with the relevant internal departments.
• Track relevant social media influencers to enhance brand reputation and extend reach through influencer channels.
• Uploading approved blog articles and briefing necessary images.
• Managing online review platforms.
• Support in the day to day liaison with the PR agency, providing briefs and imagery.
• Work on creative ideas to drive revenue and sales to the dining and nightlife venues.
• Work alongside a team to develop and execute new event concepts.

Requirements of Marketing Manager

The requirements of Marketing Manager are as under:

• Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field.
• 2-3 years of experience in the relevant field.

• Must be proactive with a meticulous eye for detail.
• Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy.
• The ability to manage and drive a highly dynamic operation.

• A degree in Marketing/Advertising/Communication or experience in Marketing.
• Interest and experience in Luxury Retail or F&B sector.
• Good knowledge and interest in social media platforms.
• Proactive and can do approach with ability to drive campaigns using minimal guidance and own initiative.
• Fluent in both verbal and written English, additional languages are a plus.
