Job Purpose of A Manager (Investor Relation)

• Support VP investor relations in managing and executing the company’s investor relations strategy, providing accurate and timely information to existing shareholders, potential investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
• Providing regular market feedback to senior management and BoD in order to build investors’ matters of interest and concerns into the company’s strategic decisions.

Duties of A Manager (Investor Relation)

• Prepare, update, and distribute IR materials, including presentations, fact sheets, and press releases, internally and externally via all channels of communications.
• Provide accurate and timely information to shareholders, analysts, and other stakeholders.
• As the primary point-of-contact for the investment community, host calls, meetings, and other events, including investor conferences.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including existing shareholders, potential investors, and analysts.
• Prepare responses to shareholder inquiries and handle investor complaints.
• Organize, coordinate, and participate in earnings calls, conference calls, and meetings with analysts and investors.
• Prepare executive management team for quarterly earnings releases.
• Review sell-side research notes and models.
• Responsible for managing sell-side consensus estimates and expectations, and provide regular updates to the executive team.
• Oversee full compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships.
• Co-ordinate with the internal stakeholders, including Board Secretary, C-level officers, Finance, Communication, Marketing, Compliance, Legal, and Sustainability.
• Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company and stay informed about industry trends.

Who Can Apply?

Qualification

• Bachelors degree in Finance, accounting business, economics or related field.

Experience

• 4-5 years previous management experience.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

• Strong understanding of financial markets, financial statements, and valuation techniques.
• Excellent writer and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate complete financial information to external stakeholders.
• High levels of proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify key issues and trends and develop effective solutions.
