Chalhoub Group is currently hiring experienced and qualified candidate for the job role of Loyalty Senior Program Manager in Dubai. Candidate will be responsible for helping to deliver The Group’s overarching loyalty strategy and plans, curated to support internal and external partners, achieve the loyalty business KPI & OKR set, as well as to integrate loyalty across the relevant group, member, customer & partner touchpoints to amplify it’s presence and performance. Responsibilities of Loyalty Senior Program Manager

  • Establish loyalty as a Chalhoub group asset through brand building, channel performance & maximization, in addition to bringing the value proposition to life.
  • Drive the loyalty KPI set by identifying the correct audience, partner, lever & opportunity, with efficient budget spending.
  • Drive return to the program, partners & the wider business by interfacing cross-group to identify areas of integration & opportunity for brand placement & marketing efficiencies.
  • Work with external partners to drive and understand LMS operations and management.
  • Work closely with data, CRM, intelligence and insights teams, to establish the necessary marketing segmentation & microsegments.
  • Ensure that we reach members ‘where they are with positive channel expansion, omnichannel execution & hybrid concept adoption.
  • Act as the anchor to the customer interface by working hand-in glove with Customer Value Proposition, Lifecycle, Operations & Product/Tech teams.
  • Ensure all key streams are mapped and supported for maximum impact.
  • Drive efficiencies for the program & partners with a keen focus on performance, impact of spend & optimal ways of working.
  • Build the internal loyalty influencer network to support delivering KPI’s/OKR’s and embed Loyalty in the Chalhoub employee & partner culture.
  • Instill a curious, cross-departmental & customer centric approach to all you do, authentically supporting the group’s mantra of ‘One Team. One Culture.
  • Work with external & internal partners to define and execute the Product roadmap (LJI).
  • Focus on the quality & health of the Loyalty customer base.

Requirements for Role of Loyalty Senior Program Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, management information systems, business administration, or in a relevant industry field.
  • 8+ years experience in Loyalty program.
  • Marketing partnerships experience is a must.
  • Middle East experience is essential.
  • Team management experience.
  • Both digital and traditional marketing experience is critical.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Brand building, brand architecture, strategic brand campaigns.
  • Brand & Marketing experience in loyalty, retail or gaming.
  • Marketing tech stack comprehension required (adobe marketing cloud, how to use personalization technology, campaign technology).
  • Loyalty tech stack comprehension is a plus.
