Job Purpose of A Laundry Supervisor

Responsible for supervising complete laundry services in housekeeing department in an efficient way, ultimately contributing to provision of exceptional customer service.

Job Duties of A Laundry Supervisor

• Supports smooth running of housekeeping department, where all aspects of the guest experience are delivered to highest levels.
• Takes responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned and perform all work in a timely and professional manner.
• Oversee and maintain good standards in laundry services including cleanliness, stain removal and proper care.
• Keep laundry equipment in good working condition.
• Manage & order laundry supplies including detergents, liquids etc and forward demand in case of any shortage.
• Provide training to laundry staff on all laundry and safety procedures.
• Perform any other duty related to housekeeping as asked by higher officials.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum a high school.
• 2 years of experience in same role.

• Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership for duties and tasks assigned.
• Strong communication skills.
