Responsibilities of Kitchen Technician

You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers.
The Kitchen Technician is responsible to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Engineering Department in support of all other operating departments.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and/or Building Management desirable.
Minimum 2 years work experience as Kitchen Technician/Tradesman in a hotel or 4 years in a similar large building/complex with central plant.

Skills Required

Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and mechanical/electrical skills; proficiency with tools and diagnostic equipment.
Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team.
Understanding of safety standards, maintenance procedures, and record-keeping practices.
Must be hardworking and responsive individual with up todate knowledge of his responsibilities and tasks.
Must be adaptive to prevailing environment.
Must be responsive and good performer in a team driven environment as well as an individual performer.
