Job Description
IT Recruiter at Al Tayer Group will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent to meet the needs of their growing organization. Candidate will partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while building a strong employer brand. This is an Intermediate level Contract (3 months) job. And salary can range between 6000-13000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of IT Recruiter
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates for technical roles.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and overall suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with technical teams, ensuring a smooth process for candidates and interviewers.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, challenges, and market insights.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction to improve processes.
- Leverage advanced search techniques to identify passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
Requirements for Role of IT Recruiter
- Bachelors degree in HR or Engineering.
- 2 years in recruitment or IT-related fields.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track metrics and improve processes.
- Knowledge of diversity hiring practices is a plus.
