Job Description

Quality Manager at Al Tayer Group works closely with development teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to identify quality-related issues, drive continuous improvement, and enhance the overall reliability, security, and performance. Candidate plays a critical role in ensuring that an organization consistently delivers high-quality products and services, maintains compliance with industry standards, and drives continuous improvement across all operations. This is a Senior level Contract (12 months) job. And salary can range between 15000-25000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Quality Manager

  • Develop and implement quality control processes, procedures, and policies to ensure that products or services meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze data related to quality control processes, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Perform audits of quality control processes, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for corrective action
  • Used knowledge and experience of building complex IT systems to evangelize, consult with, mentor and audit high-value program and projects.
  • Establish quality policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization

Requirements for Role of Quality Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business.
  • 5+ years of experience in quality control or a related field.
  • ISO 9001/TickIT, BS 15000/ITIL and CMMI level 2/3 certification.
