Job Description

NMC Healthcare is looking to hire a candidate for the job role of a Hyperbaric Physician in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is an Intermediate level full time role. For this position salary ranges from 20000-40000 AED, which may be slightly negotiable during the interview process.

Responsibilities of Hyperbaric Physician

  • Evaluating a patient’s medical history and current health status.
  • Performing a physical examination of the patient.
  • Diagnosing and treating a variety of conditions that can benefit from hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
  • Overseeing the administration of hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
  • Monitoring the patient’s response to treatment and adjusting the treatment plan as necessary.
  • Participating in research to enhance the knowledge and practice of hyperbaric medicine.
  • Communicating with other healthcare professionals involved in the patient’s care.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records.
  • Keeping up to date with the latest advancements in hyperbaric medicine.
  • Ensuring the safe operation of the hyperbaric chamber and other related equipment.

Requirements for Role of Hyperbaric Physician

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
  • Board certification in Hyperbaric Medicine.
  • Valid and active medical license in the state of practice.
  • 2+ years of experience in hyperbaric medicine.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Outstanding patient management skills.
  • Strong understanding of hyperbaric therapy principles and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
