Job Description
As the HR Manager at Albatha Group, candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, ensuring that organization attracts, develops and retains top talent. Candidate will play a crucial role in creating a positive and engaging work environment that promotes employee satisfaction and productivity.
Responsibilities of Human Resources Manager
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews and making job offers. Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts and promoting a respectful and inclusive work environment.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures and best practices.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management programs, including performance appraisals, goal setting and performance improvement plans.
- Coach managers on effective performance management techniques and provide support in addressing performance issues.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions on topics such as leadership development, communication skills and compliance with employment laws.
- Compensation and Benefits: Administer and manage employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct salary surveys and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation packages.
- Manage employee benefits enrollment and provide guidance on benefit options.
- HR Policies and Compliance: Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Stay up to date with changes in labor laws and regulations and communicate updates to management and employees.
- Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to promote employee engagement, satisfaction and retention.
- Organize employee recognition programs, team-building activities and employee feedback mechanisms to create a positive work culture.
Requirements for Role of Human Resources Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years experience as an HR Manager or similar role in the real estate & construction industry.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
