Responsibilities of Human Resources Manager

• Recruitment and Onboarding: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews and making job offers. Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts and promoting a respectful and inclusive work environment.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures and best practices.
• Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management programs, including performance appraisals, goal setting and performance improvement plans.
• Coach managers on effective performance management techniques and provide support in addressing performance issues.
• Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Coordinate and deliver training sessions on topics such as leadership development, communication skills and compliance with employment laws.
• Compensation and Benefits: Administer and manage employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct salary surveys and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation packages.
• Manage employee benefits enrollment and provide guidance on benefit options.
• HR Policies and Compliance: Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Stay up to date with changes in labor laws and regulations and communicate updates to management and employees.
• Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to promote employee engagement, satisfaction and retention.
• Organize employee recognition programs, team-building activities and employee feedback mechanisms to create a positive work culture.

Requirements for Role of Human Resources Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years experience as an HR Manager or similar role in the real estate & construction industry.
