The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the strategic and operational aspects of the HR function. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in retail industry, be an all rounder, well organized, highly cost & budget oriented and capable of working under pressure and delivering outstanding results within tight deadlines. Responsibilities of Human Resources Manager
- Leading a team of high Caliber and multi-talented HR professionals towards achieving Excellence and nurturing them to succeed and in making a remarkable difference for the employees of Sacoor Brothers Group.
- Managing the Talent Acquisition function and ensuring that the right talent is attract and retain for the organization. Identifying the right overseas markets, planning effective strategies and executing the hiring along with the TA team.
- Identifying the training needs of the organization and implementing the annual Training Calendar to ensure that the annual training goals are met. Partner with multiple stakeholders to implement new training programs.
- Conducting the annual and midyear Performance appraisal sessions and planning the performance feedback communication with the employees. Developing and introducing new methods to coach managers to improve the overall performance of the organization.
- Partner with the internal Business Leaders and Managers to provide the most effective solutions for HR related challenges, always keeping employees as the focal point.
- Managing all the Disciplinary processes and hearings for offences and violations and taking the effective course of action compliant with the UAE Labor Law.
- Managing and overseeing all other critical HR aspects such as On Boarding, Employee Relations, Exit Management, etc. Always ensure compliance.
- Planning and executing multiple HR events such as annual convention, employee gathering events and ensuring a great experience for all employees.
- Be the trusted advisor for Management for all People related matters.
- Managing multiple HR Projects that are aimed at continuous improvement and improving the culture of the organization.
- Developing HR policies and introducing new HR practices based on the evolving needs.
- Overseeing the store audit & administration functions, office & apartments management and other related tasks
Requirements for Role of Human Resources Manager
- Master’s degree in human resources management or related stream. CIPD is a plus.
- 10-15 years experience in HR function within the fashion retail, hospitality or in related filed.
