Human Resources Business Partner at MMI in 5th Floor, Emirates Holiday Building, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE will defining and aligning the organization’s people strategy with its business strategy, the successful candidate will act as a change agent, strategic business partner and people champion who sets priorities, drives values and delivers business results. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 10000-25000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Human Resources Business Partner

• Lead the design, development and execution of the people strategy and policies across the UAE and key international markets.
• Act as a trusted adviser, providing guidance on HR processes, regulations, and policies whilst assisting with the development of a framework to coach and develop leaders on people management.
• Collaborate with business leaders and HR colleagues on performance and talent management strategies to ensure they are best placed to attract and retain top talent.
• Facilitate the design of optimal organization and team structures to increase productivity, improve business performance and drive organizational efficiency.
• Help build and maintain a strong organizational culture with a focus on health and wellness, diversity and inclusion, and positive engagement.

Requirements for Role of Human Resources Business Partner

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources or related field.
• 2+ years experience with new market entry, mergers & acquisitions and/or joint ventures.
• Training and experience in job evaluation (Korn Ferry Hay or equivalent).
• Retail, Hospitality or F&B industry experience would be an advantageous.
• Professional accreditation through a globally recognized body.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Exemplary stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships and drive transformational change across all levels of the business.
• Sound knowledge and application of UAE and international labor laws such as Oman, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Seychelles or KSA.
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving capabilities.
