Job Purpose of A Human Capital Associate

• Responsible in maintaining an updated employee records, handles various Human Capital documentations, internal databases management.
• Support the HCBP and XSIGHT Future Solutions Human Capital Business Unit for the daily operations.

Duties of A Human Capital Associate

• Serves as a point of contact between new hires and MAFP for the completion of pre and post joining logistical requirements.
• Proactively communicate with Government Relation for the processing of the new employee and dependents residence visa, labor card for the temporary employees and employees on family sponsorship, pension for UAE National.
• Responsible in arranging IT related assets and accesses requirements for the new employee.
• Serves as a point of contact for the completion of the exit logistical requirements for the leavers.
• Coordinate and provide every leaver a proper guidance as to how their offboarding journey will be like.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

• 1-3 years of relevant HR experience.
