Job Purpose of A Human Resource Officer
Facilitate and oversee work related to employee management and other Human Resource (HR) works, policy and processes to support the organization routine functioning.
Your Job Duties As A Human Resource (HR) Officer At Dubai Culture UAE
- Implement electronic archiving system for employee data in preserving and retrieving documents in line with approved policy.
- Deal with systems & electronic files related to employee personnel matters.
- Enter all employee related data from their personal files into the GRP system and creating a complete database.
- Prepare all kinds of certificates & official letters as need for employees, such as salary and experience certificates.
- Must check attendance of employees and follow up leave system of employees & submit necessary reports on monthly basis.
- Issue job cards for employees in a timely manner.
- Follow up on health insurance requests for employees and their families and ensure that they are delivered on time.
- Update human resources page on Authority’s internal website with regard to administrative decisions, laws, legislation etc.
- Prepare periodic reports and presentations on achievements, obstacles and improvement suggestions as directed.
- Communicate & coordinate with organizational units regarding issues related to employee services.
- Perform other duties associated with the job and as assigned.
Qualification & Experience
- Higher Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or its equivalent from an accredited university.
- 1-2 years of working experience in same role.
