Charterhouse is looking for a bright, dedicated HR and Marketing Intern to join their growing team. This role will require someone who is interested in hands-on HR administration as well as recruitment and marketing support.
Responsibilities of HR and Marketing Intern
- This role will assist with recruitment activities such as job posting, screening and formatting CVs, arranging interviews and working closely with consultants and the HR/Admin team.
- In addition, this role will support the HR team with various administrative tasks such as preparing correspondence, scanning and filing documents, arranging travel plans, and updating organizational charts.
- In conjunction, this role will also conduct regular file audits to ensure that all records are maintained and compliant.
- Helping with team social events, marketing, and involvement in social media strategies, as well as working closely with the management.
Requirements of HR and Marketing Intern
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or Marketing.
- Alternatively, candidates currently pursuing their qualifications will also be considered.
