Job Description

Charterhouse is working exclusively with an international organisation within professional services who is looking to hire a HR Generalist( Spanish Speaking) to support the daily functions of the HR Department in their Dubai Office. The client requires someone who speaks Spanish fluently, passionate about Human Resources, career driven and enthusiastic.

About the Role

  • Oversee the day-to-day HR Operations & assist in ensuring company policies and procedures are compliant with the UAE labour law.
  • The responsibilities of this role will include but are not limited to, managing the full employee lifecycle, recruitment and onboarding process as well as inductions.
  • The Generalist will also assist with performance reviews, employee relations, coordinate with the PRO regarding visa process of new joiners and monitors leave for all employees.
  • In addition, this role will develop strong relationships, embrace a team work approach and collaborate with the HR Team within their regional offices whilst supporting all employees within their Dubai Office.

Requirements of HR Generalist

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a similar field.
  • Minimum: 3 years experience working within a Generalist Human Resources position.

Skills and Abilities Desired

  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of UAE labour law, therefore it is advantageous for the candidate to be on the ground.
  • The client will consider someone who is looking to relocate.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and verbal are essential for this role.
