History Professor University of Khorfakkan History Teacher is responsible to have a strong commitment to excellence in teaching and advising students at the undergraduate and graduate levels and has a proven research capacity that will enable the candidate to develop and sustain a funded research program in his/her area of expertise, publish their research findings in peer reviewed journals, and actively participate in promoting college and university growth.

Responsibilities of History Professor

Teaching courses at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Contribute to research activities and initiate research projects that lead to effective publications in highly rated journals and patents.
Supervising research projects and university theses for graduate students (Master/PhD).
Contribute to the development of courses and programs (at the undergraduate and graduate levels) offered by the college.
Participate in academic accreditation processes, especially those related to the requirements of the Commission for Academic Accreditation in the United Arab Emirates.
Perform all administrative tasks assigned by the program/department, college and university.
Actively participate in community service initiatives at the level of events or provide advisory services.
Guidance, advising and academic supervision of students.
