Looking for Head of Students Services jobs in Abu Dhabi? Emirates National Schools (ENS) is seeking a dynamic and experienced administrator to lead all student services, admissions, and registration functions at its Abu Dhabi campus. This is a senior leadership role with broad responsibility for student records, admissions policies, and cross-campus service delivery. Additionally, the successful candidate will work closely with school leadership, faculty, and IT teams to continuously improve the student experience from application through to graduation.

About the Role

The Head of Students Services at Emirates National Schools in Abu Dhabi leads the development and delivery of all admissions, registration, student records, and guidance programmes across campus. Furthermore, this role is responsible for overseeing the admissions team, ensuring regulatory compliance with ADEK, MOE, and Esis requirements, and managing platforms such as PowerSchool and PSAT. Moreover, the Head of Students Services reports to the Deputy Director General for Schools’ Operations and is accountable for streamlining processes to ensure outstanding customer experience and operational efficiency across all campuses.

Key Responsibilities for Head of Students Services at Emirates National Schools Abu Dhabi

• Manage the development and delivery of the school’s application and admissions processes in line with regulatory requirements and best practice.
• Lead and develop the admissions team to deliver an exceptional experience from pre-application through to student enrollment.
• Oversee strategic development and execution of admissions with a focus on outstanding customer experience at all times.
• Manage and update the school’s admissions policies, procedures, and terms and conditions to ensure transparency and compliance.
• Record and report accurate, timely admissions data ensuring database entries are detailed and accurate at all times.
• Collaborate with academic administrators, faculty, IT, and counselors to facilitate and continuously improve student services.
• Coordinate student graduation requirements, records archives, disciplinary reports, and attendance management.
• Manage career counselling programmes, college nights and fairs, career days, and student activity programmes.
• Oversee student progress reports, student promotion and retention policy, and scholarship administration.
• Identify opportunities to optimise admissions processes and communications across campuses in coordination with the admissions team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Student Services, Educational Administration, or a related area.
• Proven record of successful experience in a people-oriented admissions or student services environment.
• Demonstrated understanding of the application of technology to deliver admissions, records, and registration services.
• Experience working with diverse student and parent populations in an international school context.
• Familiarity with PowerSchool, Esis, ADEK, MOE, MAP, SAT, and PSAT platforms and reporting systems.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
