Graduate Development Program Associate Majid Al Futtaim

The Graduate Development Program Human Capital Senior Associate at Majid Al Futtaim will be responsible to support the recruitment, development, and engagement of graduate talent within the organization, fostering their professional growth and alignment with strategic objectives. 

Duties of Graduate Development Program Senior Associate

• Support the three year strategic planning process.
• Participate in companywide initatives aiming at value creation.
• Support in developing standard models for HC planning and analysis to be implemented accross all operating companies/business units.
• Support formulating and implementing KPIs reporting mechanisms to enhance or facilitate HC decision support and target setting processes across all business units and countries.
• Perform deep dive analytics around asset level performance.
• Associates typically rotate through various departments or projects, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to organizational goals.
• The program aims to nurture talent and prepare individuals for future leadership roles within the company.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role a Graduate Development Program Senior Associate are as under:

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• 3-5 years of previous proven experience in similar role.
