Job Description

Majid Al Futtaim presently has a job opening for experienced and qualified candidate for position of a Graduate Development Program Finance Senior Associate. The selected candidate will be responsible to support various functions within the Finance team. 

Duties of Development Program Finance Associate

  • Support the three year strategic planning process.
  • Participate in companywide initiatives aiming at value creation.
  • Support in developing standard models for finance planning and analysis to be implemented across all OpCos/ BUs.
  • Support formulating and implementing KPIs reporting mechanisms to enhance/ facilitate financial decision support and target setting processes across all business units and countries.
  • Perform deep dive analytics around asset level performance.
  • Mentoring junior associates, analyzing financial data, assisting with strategic planning, and contributing to the overall success of financial initiatives within the organization.
  • Working closely with the finance Team.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role a Development Program Finance Senior Associate are as under:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in similar role.

Skills Desired

  • Strong leadership skills, presence, poise, and confidence.
  • Ability to take initiative and have a strong sense of ownership.
  • Strong data analytics and Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent listening, influencing, interpersonal and presentation skills.
