Purpose of Food & Beverage Manager

Ensure the efficient and profitable operation of food and beverage department within Part Hyatt.

Duties of A Food & Beverage Manager

• Responsible for the efficient running of food & beverage department in line with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies & brand standards.
• Develop and execute stratgies to achieve the revenue goals.
• Ensure the quality of food and services delivery at the deparment.
• Train under command department staff in provision of high quality customer services.
• Always meet the employee, guest & owner expectations.
• Handle or resolve guests complaints and issues by quick responsive actions.
• Responsible to function as Business Manager and Marketing Specialist for the department.
• Perform any other task which may fall within the scope of job duties.
