Key Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom teaching in accounting, finance, and related subjects
• Prepare comprehensive teaching materials and course documentation
• Conduct examinations and manage student evaluation processes
• Monitor, assess, and report on student academic progress regularly
• Contribute to program review cycles and new program development
• Support the strategic development and growth of the Academy
• Serve on institutional and program committees as assigned
• Participate in outreach activities and industry engagement initiatives
• Develop and implement innovative online teaching methodologies
• Coordinate with academic staff on curriculum enhancements and updates

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited university
• At least 2 years of teaching experience in an international higher education institution
• Minimum 2 years of practical experience in accounting or finance
• Proficiency in online teaching tools including Zoom, Teams, Meet, and Google Classroom
• Fluency in English, both speaking and writing
• Strong presentation and report writing skills
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA are an advantage
